About us

Mark R. Aikins, LLC. was founded in 2005 as one of the successor law firms to the former Carton, Arvanitis, McGreevy, Argeris, Zager & Aikins, a four generation area law firm recognized throughout the state. Mr. Aikins and staff attorney bring more than five decades of legal representation to Shore area clients, both large and small, both institutional and individual.

The Firm's emphasis is on providing personal service tailored to the specific needs of our clients, so that each client's business and individual objectives can be assessed and evaluated with the goal of achieving the highest level of legal competence for our clients. We strive for, and recognize our clients' needs for,  practical and effective results to legal matters.

The Firm also provides extensive support services to our clients, including dedicated administrative assistants, office administrator and paralegal, with decades of collective experience as legal service professionals.

Easily accessible to Shore residents and businesses, the Firm maintains its office with flexible hours for our clients and, as needed, weekend availability. The Firm is fully networked and maintains most documents in electronic and paper formats. In addition, personal conferences may be scheduled at client locations to the extent necessary to best service our clients' needs.
